What am I supposed to do to get my recall replacement?
I have followed instructions provided to submit a replacement following the recall in February and today is almost August and still nothing!
I have zero communication from the company, nothing like "Hey, btw, we are still in process, you are on our list", nothing like that. Why do I have to wait for 6 months and contact the company myself since it is their fault that this happened?!
Not just the company left me with no blender for half a year, they don't even reach out to me let me know what is going on with my replacement!
