I bought 2 Blendjet then they recalled both, asked me to cut and destroy the rubber, take photos as proof and I sent to them that was October or November of 2023, emailed them 3x, received the same response, but they have the nerve to sell new units but no time and no replacement to send. Not even a refund!!!
