Oh my god...that is my first sentence. That is the most pathetic company I've been dealing with,customer service is non existing. First of all my blendjet stopped working after a month of purchasing it,and when I heard about the recall I was happy to know that it will be replaced. But unfortunately it didn't happen,I sent every info they requested about faulty blender in February 2024,and you know what...it's October already I still didn't get my replacement. I sent lots of emails to customer service and they excuse was always like"we have problem with suppliers, it should be sorted soon" and still didn't hear anything from them. What a scam,so disappointed
