Blendjet 2 Recall: I submitted the info with the pictures and got my confirmation in January. It's October 2024 now and I still haven't received my replacement parts. In between time, I checked on the status and was told there were supply chain issues and they didnt know when it would be resolved but that I'd get an email when it's shipping out. I can imagine there being an overwhelming demand to resolve this issue since so many were affected so I said I'd continue to wait. After reading other experiences, I realized I may have to be more cruel in order to get it and threaten to go to the BBB or actually file with the BBB to resolve this. I haven't received any update and their site still says unfulfilled. I did enjoy using my blendjet before all this, but now I'm just annoyed cuz first off it wasn't the cheapest thing ever so replacing it in my current financial situation...it's a luxury I can't afford right now, but I also alerted my friends that may have been unaware of the recall and the deadline and now we may all be in this limbo of hope and doubt. It was bad enough going with a replacement color I didn't want, but not getting it at all (after waiting this long) is now a high probability.
