In February 2024, I received a recall notification from Blendjet. The instructions advised on destroying a specific part rendering the product unusable. However, I was informed that a replacement would be issued. 8 months later and many emails sent, I am still waiting and being fobbed off with the same templated response. There is no promise on timelines and refunds are not being issued. Templated response: 'We are working diligently to get your replacement base kit to you, though I’m still unable to provide a specific timeframe for its delivery due to the high volume of requests. The recall has impacted us significantly, but please know we are doing our utmost to address each situation and get these base kits out quickly. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships. We truly appreciate your understanding regarding this matter and look forward to getting you back up & blending soon!' The above is the same templated response. In the meanwhile, the company still proceeds to send me recipe ideas, promotions etc for a product that is useless. Be aware of this company.
