I also received notification that my blend jet was dangerous. They told me to cut up the rubber gasket and prove that I did that and send them a picture. Then they said I would be receiving my new base to my Blanche in four weeks. I have contacted them at least 10 times requesting a new blend jet. I have received the same response saying they’re sorry but the company will not replace the jet. Their company is behind on returning the bases to their customers due to production. I spent $50 on this item and have not been able to use it the whole summer. I am letting you know that you should not trust this Company. Very dissatisfied with their customer service and the return of my product that I purchased. Terrible ! Terrible! Terrible!
