I purchased a BlendJet over a year ago and was informed by the company that they had a recall in place for safety reasons and required me to destroy my item and follow their instructions for a replacement within 6 weeks. It has now been ALMOST A WHOLE YEAR, and no replacement has been sent. Every email I have sent, the representative told me they had no updates to provide. That is absolutely unacceptable and they refuse to provide any resolution, refund, or compensation for this. They are scamming their customers and have not provided any resolution to an issue THEY promised to fulfill and failed to do. I cannot and will not recommend their company to anyone. They are an absolute SCAM.
