Same as most of the reviewers on here. Bought a blendjet2 had no issues with it. Got an email recalling it as unsafe. Followed the instructions to destroy the sealing gasket and provide photo evidence it had been done. And awaited the replacement base unit. Over a year later it has not arrived. Despite numerous emails from me to blendjet, the only replies I get are due to supply issues in China they are delayed in shipping out replacement base units. Not once have blendjet contacted me first, since the recall. I do however receive emails from blendjet advertising all the new base unit colours as they become available. Huge kick in the teeth that is! Thanks blendjet for nothing. Complete scammers.
