I bought the Blendjet portable blender around 2 years ago, used it a couple of time in our campervan before receiving the recall notice. After making my existing blendjet unusable at the instructions of blendjet and sending them evidence of such, they said the replacement would take 3 weeks... It ended up taking over 3 months. When I finally received my replacement (not in the original colour I had brought, that wasn't available for replacement units even though it was still for sale on their website), I used it only once and then tried to recharge it to no avail. Upon contacting blendjet I was informed is was outside it pathetic 30day warranty period. I explained I had only used it once since waiting for over 3 months for a replacement only to be told that there is no flexibility on there warranty period. After asking again, they simply stopped replying My advice is stay away from the cheap nasty bad quality rubbish from a company that clearly has zero interest in keeping customers happy. There are better options available for the same price Ninja Blender Blast Portable which has a 2 year warranty.
