I would give them zero stars if I could. I have been waiting over a year for a replacement product due to their recall in 2023. They made us render the old blender ineffective before they would accept our request for a replacement. To date, they have not addressed my concern nor have they provided a replacement. They continue to send out new blenders to new customers, but are not replacing the defective ones.
