Wouldn’t even give them 1 star
Product was recalled due to it being a safety hazard and promised a replacement. A year and a half later still nothing. No replacement and no communication from the brand with any form of update. Chased multiple times to be told they are just a small business and are working on it. However products still remain on their site to sell. Service is appalling and they shouldn’t be able to trade!
