My Blendjet was recalled almost 3 yrs ago. They made me cut the gasket in thirds and send a picture to file for a new base due to fire safety recall. I’ve contacted them every month- 6 months over the past 3 yrs with always an answer that there’s working on my replacement. They refuse to issue a check in place of new base even though three years later I still have a $50 product I can’t use.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. They don’t stand behind product or value their customers.
