I bought my second fabric roller shade from Blindster. I had contacted support by email through the website with a question about measuring, and received a timely response that cleared up my question. The order came without too long a wait, and the fit was perfect. After owning vinyl shades that dried out and cracked, and were rapidly deteriorating (having cats did not help them!), I am so pleased with the quality of these shades.
