I ordered flowers for a funeral, flowers never arrived, when i followed up i was offered compensation with tea/coffee hamper. No refund available. Got the hamper with so many fancy packaging and very little content, hardly woth the value I paid for the flower. I too thought flowers would come from local florist. THEY DO NOT.
Never use again, and will never recommend.
