worse flower company ever my daughter bought me a mothers day basket and it came with 3 packets dried crackers 3 small blocks of chocolate and a tub of fairy floss !!!! i have spent 3 weeks emailing management and they just basically go round and round in circles hopeing i will give up they keep saying they will redeliver the proper basket but they never do. please dont ever waste your money with this company

Bloomex is a company that does not care about their customers and make every excuse possible not to acknowledge their errors. The bouquet that was delivered to my grand daughter was significantly different from the advertised "Vintage Bloom Bouquet," on their website. I did write an email to Bloomex explaining and stating how disappointed and embarrassed I was to have sent something like what was received for a milestone birthday. I received an email from Bloomex stating that they did nothing and didn't even apologize for sending such a horrible bouquet. I am not impressed with this company and their lack of customer service.

Flowers were poor quality and wilted on delivery. Failed to survive after transferance. Do not reply to emails. Do not recommend

I have used this company numerous times, but they have lost me as a customer. I ordered 150.00 dollars worth of flowers and snacks for mothers day, paid extra for delivery and what a schmoozel. The delivery was days late with no explanation, then they send me a email about substitution that was literally blank. I ask for a refund of the extra I paid for delivery and after 10 + emails the refuse to make any correction and the customer service was atrocious. What a joke of a service delivery company.

I bought 2 arrangements for my mothers funeral on website specified it was 5 stargazer lilies, I went deluxe hoping to get greens as well. We received daylilies and the pedals were already falling off ....very unhappy. We ordered through a different florist and got the lilies we wanted. DO NOT waste your money with this company. T

My son bought me a "premium" hamper for Mother's day which was nothing like the description online. I priced the contents - 2 x cheap bottles of wine; 2 x Arnott's biscuits ($2.00 each); 2 x Oreo biscuits ($1.60 each); 2 x gluten free rice crackers and two sachets of coffee (80 cents each). What a huge disappointment and quite misleading of you. And a huge disappointment and embarrassment for him. What are you going to do about it?

What we ordered and what we got were ridiculous and because of some missed info it wasn't delivered until may 19th and it was for mother's day. We were also told because of the issue they were going to add some chocolates and that never happened. I do believe we will think twice about ordering even though this was our 4th transaction. Very disappointing

I ordered flowers for Mother's day, they assured me they would be delivered, I'm still awaiting delivery for these expensive flowers. Customer service at Bloomex is appalling. Basically I've lost the money I've spent, also, no flowers. Bloomex should not be in business. Do not order through them, you will be very disappointed and receive no compensation.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Bloomex for nearly a decade, but the last three orders I’ve placed in the past three months have been nothing short of disappointing. The flowers you order and the ones you receive are often vastly different. When I’ve called customer service, they’ve claimed their policy is to find something similar and refuse any refunds. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from them until they address this issue.

If it were possible to give a negative rating, I would. Please be warned: this company falls short on both product quality and communication. What should have been one of the most anticipated and special days ended up being deeply disappointing because of their service. I strongly advise others to avoid dealing with this company.

First time ever writing a negative review online. My son has had flowers shipped to me several times from Bloomex. The last two bouquets have arrived wilted and had to be tossed within two days--definitely not worth the money. I filled out a complaint on their website but have had no response. So disappointed.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I ordered a supersize Mother's Day bouquet for my 91yo mother. I also added in a pink Wine Swig for $25 & requested a May12th delivery. They were del'd on May11th and as she was away, was not there to receive them. My sister opened the box with my mom on the 12th and was shocked. A small, mostly dying bouquet with no Wine Swig. They sent me photos since I live 1500 miles away; called customer service then emailed the pictures. I got a very long apologetic response about the poor quality & they stated an investigation had been opened. I then received an email from Florist Canada referencing my order number and calling me "Mary-Anne"... not my name btw. They said they had replaced the Wine Swig with an equivalent or better value vase. Not true; there was no vase accompanying the order. The photos were taken in a cheap clear glass vase that my mother had, which coincidentally sell for $10.99 on their site. I made several attempts to get a refund or at least a redeliver to my mom but they have ghosted me. All they offered was $20 credit of which barely covers the delivery fee. Lesson learned. Very poor customer service and business model.

The bouquet that arrived had flowers that were obviously past their prime; some had blooms that showed damage, some had blossoms that were obviously close to losing petals. I took pictures of them but when I emailed Bloomex with the photos attached, they said that the pictures were not visible in the thread. I sent them another email with the photos attached but got the same response. This was obviously their way of dodging the issue as I haven’t had any further response from them.

Ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered for Saturday. Got a text message saying they could not do Saturday and Wednesday was the next best day they could do as Monday was a holiday. They were very rude and hung up when asked why Saturday was an option if they could not follow through. The flowers and candy never seemed to be what you are actually ordering or worth the money. I am very disappointed that this has happened and will no longer use them or recommend them for different occasions as they cannot follow through on their end. They let us know that they could have done Friday but was too late to do so as they let us know on Friday that they would now be delivered on Wednesday. Very poor customer service and communication. If there was an option to leave no stars I would.

A week before Mother's day I put in an order to be delivered May 09, 2026 On May 10, 2026 I called the coompany to be told they accepted too many orders and my order can't be delivered until May 13, 2026. On May 13 during the evening I called the company again was put on hold for 37 minutes then someone hung up on me, I called again waited 1 Hrs and 3 seconds no one answered. On May 14 called the company again and was told the same thing they had too many orders and couldn't process my order was told it would be there for May 15. I'm very disappointed they should of put out a cut off date if they get too many orders and the shouldn't of charge me for the order I put in base on it still not delivered. I will NEVER order again from them

Mother's Days flowers delivered 4 days late AFTER mother's Day. The delivery notice said May 10, it's May 14. The flowers were in a box, left on door step found at 6 am. The flowers were a cold damaged leaves were crushed and wilted flowers. I used this service to deliver flowers and now received flowers. Both times were underwhelming and not worth the money. Give your business to a local florist. I will not use Bloomex again.

First they were supposed to be delivered Mothers Day. I didn't get them until Wednesday. Very disappointing. When I got them they were wilty and very poor quality. I will tell my so to never use this company again.

Flowers arrived 3 days late and they were dead. I have attempted to contact Bloomex to address the problem, but they do not respond to my emails, I cannot get an agent over the phone and their online chat is unresponsive.
