Late delivery and there is no customer service. You will get what they give you when they decide to
Ordered flowers for mother's day, May 8th. I had to pay extra. Flowers are now late, expected delivery on May 10 without any delays. I called customer service and the agent could not speak very well English. He told me that there was a blended date. Why would I order flowers and pay extra if the flowers are going to be late? I asked to speak to a supervisor and the agent said that it was not possible. He only gets emails from his supervisor.
