I ordered a pine/greenery planter box arrangement for friends for Xmas. They are both diabetic. I had the arrangement sent to my house. Bloomex delivered to me a basket of cookies/chocolates, etc. I told them this was unacceptable and they could pick up the basket and refund my money. They refused saying depending on the temperature, they can substitute anything they want. I am now substituting a DIFFERENT FLORIST for Bloomex. I will never use them again and will spread the word far and wide.
