I'm from Ukraine. Yesterday was my sister's birthday. Before Yesterday I have paid for bouquet with roses and lavender + cute box of chocolate candies. But yesterday my sister get cheaper carnations with 3 roses + cheaper candies ( I have photo screen with prices of sweets I paid for vs sweets that was delivered to my sister). The company changed all produtc from my order for worse. Company did this without my knowledge. As for me, it's dishonest and not fair, that Bloomex is selling you worse and cheaper products, when you pay for and wait for the specific product at a higher price. They say that some sort of flowers can be not available because of season. But, in my opinion, if some flowers don't grow at this season, thay can't be on website in this seasson! I'm sure, that Bloomex hasn't good products (flowers and sweets). The products on website are sham. They take more money for better (sham) products and than they sell you worse products. I am very upset, dissapoited and angry. My sister is far from home, far from me ant other close persons. I wanted she was surprided and happy. But the Bloomex company ruined all my good intentions.
