Poor reviews x 2 --- I would give zero stars if I could
1) 1st order the flowers were smushed and already wilting before I took them out of the box. They did not perk up once put in water. Looked like it could have been weeds from a ditch (I had even gotten the better package for more money), ended up getting flowers from local grocery store.
2) 2nd order: I ordered on a Thursday night for delivery a week away (Friday). Found out the next morning my mom (recipient) was going to be out of the prov at time of delivery so I contacted bloomex livechat immediately (less than 24 hours) and they said there was nothing they could do --- delivery wasn't for another week! --- except change the date of delivery. I chose another date and then they said new delivery date isn't available. No refund, no new date, no credit, nothing. Horrible experience all around. The flowers are getting delivered tomorrow -- "sometime during the day before 8pm" --- so I have to get to my parents house to pick up the delivery sometime tomorrow. I'll update my review on the quality of the second second order. I'm not holding my breath for good (or even decent) quality, fingers crossed I'm wrong.
