Bloomex Scammed me out $145 for flowers I wanted sent to a friend who had recently lost her mother. 2 weeks past the delivery date (paid EXTRA for express) and my friend still hadn’t received the order. I contacted “Bloomex Customer Service” and they tell me the order was attempted to be delivered however the delivery driver didn’t “feel comfortable” leaving it at the door and said if I wanted attempt to re-deliver I’d have to pay additional fees. I declined and requested a refund for my order, the “customer service rep” said they have escalated my complaint to management and I’d hear back in 24hr. I did not hear back from them, so I called back a further 3 times, 5 days after making the initial complaint and request for refund and had still not heard back from “management”. It has now been 3 months since I request the refund from Bloomex for the $145 order that was NEVER delivered and I haven’t received a CENT back from Bloomex.
