I pre-ordered flowers Monday 12/02/24 to be delivered Friday 16/02/24 to Coopers Plains work adress, due to flooding everyone was evacuated at work and sent home, I got the home address of the lady who the flowers were for and they are refusing to change the delivery to this address which is only 20 mins away from the original address, so if they can't change the delivery address I requested a refund which they are also refusing to do. Very unhappy with this service and will never use again if this can't be rectified one way or another.
