On valentines recieved flowers I purchased for my wife and the vase was broken when it arrived..
Even after not only emailinmg pics of the broken vase and numerous calls with promises of a refund, I got nothing..
I thought I would try them one more time for Mom's day, and after placing the order a week ago, they text messaged me to review my email from the as soon as possible.. Never did get an email, so I called them to find out what was happening, to only find out that they couldn't deliver my order because their courier doesn't deliver on the weekend.. The best they could do was to deliver on Friday before, but no one would be home to recieve them, so I had to cancel the order and then scrabble to find a florist.. I just don't understand why, on possibly the second busiest day of the year for them, they wont have delivery service, or why, as they should have known, that when I placed the order that delivery wasn't available on the day I selected..
Would not recommend them to anyone, and never ordering from them again, even if they are the cheapest..
