I placed an order for Mother's Day, a Sunday, which the Bloomex allowed me to do and charged me $20 for that specific day. I get an email 30 minutes later saying they can't fulfill on that day so they'll be delivering 2 days early. I contact support asking to cancel and they say no...it's too difficult as fulfillment has already started. It was 30 minutes after ordering! And they knew my delivery address when they allowed me to choose the delivery date. Absolutely ridiculous. The only resolution they could provide was refunding me the added delivery cost or giving me a $20 credit...I chose the delivery cost refund as I will not be ordering from them again.
