I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. Ordered flowers for mother's day to be delivered on Sunday. Paid the upcharge they requested. They send me an email 24 hrs later saying they could not deliver on Sunday because they are too busy.
How do other flower companies manage? If you can't deliver, then don't upcharge your customers.
They cannot cancel the order either or make changes to the order. But they can make changes as they please.
Never again will I be ordering from them.
