I ordered flowers for my daughter and after they did not arrive 2 days after the ordered date I asked that they be cancelled. Bloomex support REFUSED to cancel and give me a refund saying that I could get a $20 credit because the flowers had been prepared, ordered and delivered - even though they were not delivered!! For the next 5 days I was backwards and forwards with them and they still refused and processed the order anyway. The flowers arrived 7 days late - completely dead. I posted a review and the person responding asked that I send an email to an online review email address - which I did and NOONE responded to it. I also sent photos of the dead flowers and I had the same response about the credit and they offered a basket of goodies which I did not want. All I wanted was a refund. DONT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY. I have NEVER been treated so badly.
