Flowers that were ordered died the next day. Contacted Bloomex the next day and was told to email them pictures which I did. Tried calling back when no response and talked to someone (a guy) who hung up on me. Tried again the next day and ended up talking to the same guy (recognized his voice) and was hung up by him again. Phoned back and talked to a woman who again told me to send another email. Ended up that they sent the recipient a $20.00 dollar store credit after having spent $155.00 dollars on the order. (Had also ordered some chocolates to go with the flowers). Not even a little bit acceptable. Checked customer complaints which I should have done in the first place and found out that the BBB has had over400 complaints and refuses to accredit them. Having ordered several times from Bloomex am totally disappointed! They can keep their $20.00 store credit especially after sending it to the recipient and not me. Will NEVER order from them again. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had!!!!!! What a joke.
