Ordered flowers for my mother’s bday (I live out of province) multiple days before her birthday to ensure an on time delivery, the day-of. After paying $100 for a modest, very simple bouquet they were NOT delivered on her birthday and are currently saying “delivery delay” with no further info other than it will at very least be the next business day. After reaching out to customer service, they basically said there’s nothing they can do, they will not refund or work with me on anything. Perfect! I am beyond frustrated and won’t soon be ordering again from Bloomex
