I paid extra for a next day delivery and 2xextra flowers. They were a day late, didn't have the flowers in stock, promised a "Designer" bouquet as compensation and "gourmet" chocolate. A wilted sad looking bouquet showed up. Not designer, no extra flowers and dollar store cookies. When I sent in a complaint they offered no compensation and sent a generic AI generated email in response. Save your money. Go to the grocery store. You will get better flowers there. Or support your locL florist like I should have.
