AVOID VIRGIN MEDIA
Virgin media installed our Phone,broadband and tv package on the 31st OCt 2020. The phone number was not ported from Sky as requested. This is my business number. It's on.my van, stationery and all my adverts. We have spent well over 10 hours trying to get through to Virgin. The phone rings for an HOUR then cuts you off! When you do get through to someone, after waiting for an hour to get through, they transfer you and guess what, you get cut off. Nobody is prepared to take ownership and sort out the problem, which is most likely costing me money in missed calls. We now want it all taken out. Disconnect the lot of it and I will stick to freeview. For a communications company, I have never experienced anything like it, absolutely disgraceful (and they will use covid as an excuse which I dont buy at all). Arguably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Oh, they were very quick to bill and take the £98 first bill!
