I had a dispute about a charge and wrote two letters complaining to them only to receive identical responses both times. I did try and phone them to pursue the issue further, but the call centre gave no option for a complaints department. When I spoke to their technical support to try and find out how to contact their complaints department I was told that they no longer deal with complaints over the phone or via e-mail. Basically dealing with them is like talking to a brick wall and I have had to settle the bill as they passed the debt over to a debt recovery agency.
