TERRIBLE!! DON’T SUBSCRIBE EVEN IF IT SEEMS APPEALING. #Scam.
We are day 3 of having moved in our new house where Virgin is already installed. We started the auto set up and it said “Unsecured”. Indeed, you can connect our wifi without a password (and yet on the box). So we tried to call them and it has been hours (about 4h in total) of hold and 2 persons we managed to speak to. All lying about time to wait for another call etc. Result: we are still in the same position... If @VirginMedia reads this, I want a call by a Manager now to sort this out or I will write this review on all the possible websites and potentially get a lawyer as it is very dangerous to expose us to cyber crime like you do (without talking about all the prejudice to my work performance and personal life while moving house).
