I was on call with 5 separate people with Virgin, to cancel my contract with them. To be told by all of them people I cannot cancel my contract, as I did not know the correct details. Which is fair enough, but the staff was absolutely no help, rude and blunt. I asked one lady “what do you think I should do” and she replied with “I don’t know hung up maybe” how is that okay?. Another women hung up on me, I phoned back and I just so happened to be the same women. She hung up again. Then I finally got threw to what I thought was a decent lady. I got my details correct and she assured me I could cancel my contract, said to me she was getting her supervisor to approve this. That took over 20 minuets. Then after that, she stated several times my contract has been cancelled. Then a month later I received an email saying they’ve attempted to charge me. So I phone them again, after being on hold for 45 minuets. A man stated my contact is still active. So that previous lady lied. And then he stated I owe them 2 months payment. Absolutely shocking customer service. I advise everyone not to go with Virgin, they are nothing but hassle and they’re staff are disgusting.
