Totally unreliable- often without Internet, No customer service.
I'm without Internet for 6th day in a row they keep lying and postponing the day they'll fix the issue
I understand being couple days without Internet but not whole week, how I supposed to work????
It was also a nightmare when I moved home, they made me wait almost a month I even had to help the " technician " as he wasn't able to do it by him self, clearly they don't have enough staff.
Will change for BT very soon couldn't be worst
