DISGUSTING COMPANY - MISS SOLD TO AN 86 YEAR OLD WHO CALLED TO CANCEL HER CONTRACT DUE TO THE COST OF LIVING CRISIS AND WAS TOLD VIRGIN WOULD DO A BETTER DEAL WHEN IN FACT SHE IS NOW PAYING SO MUCH MORE AND HAS BEEN UNABLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE DUE TO SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAS BEEN REDUCED TO TEARS OVER THE ISSUE.
