Remote worker and been reporting service issues for months, they say there are no problems or monitor the line and say they can see it dropping and will monitor for longer, then do nothing.
I have screengrabs of my download speed at less than 1mbps - how am I supposed to have teams meetings with this? Its a daily occurrence now!
