I was moving from talk talk to virgin with five years old landline. They messed up my account and gave me only broadband, although when sales team promised me that we will take care of your account with your landline transfer. Now I don't have my landline and I want leave virgin just in 5 days after joining them. None of the departments communicate each people are clue less and you have to wait hours on the phone with them. Cherry on top they all say different opinion and resolution but no one can resolve anything. Bunch of improfessional.
