You don't get any stars. You should see your true rating by putting minus stars. However, this is a typical con by virgin, only allowing you to write a review only when you click on a star. The worst company ever to deal with, on any level. Steals money with incorrect billing. Takes hours of phone calls to sort out anything, and then it is incorrectly dealt with. Try cancelling, what a joke. Time you quit or come clean as a useless provider. I would upload videos and pictures but words don't photograph well, and the phone calls too long to record more cons by this company. Thank god they are no longer in my life!!
