Absolutely terrible experience with Virgin Media. I’ve had constant WiFi outages, making it impossible to work or even use basic internet services. When I reached out to customer service for help, they were dismissive and unhelpful, only ever suggesting that I spend more money to “upgrade” instead of actually fixing the issue.
Their lack of proper support has genuinely affected my mental health, adding unnecessary stress and frustration. On top of that, when I decided enough was enough and wanted to leave, they slapped me with a £250 cancellation fee, demanding it all in one go with no repayment options or flexibility. There was absolutely no sensitivity around financial difficulties, just a “pay up or else” attitude.
Avoid Virgin Media at all costs—awful service, zero care for customers, and a money-grabbing approach that prioritises profit over people. The sum of money also changed from 250 to £200 so honestly don’t think they have a clue.
