Virgin Media has re-scheduled their instalment date 3 times now. The last instalment date was supposed to be on the 15th Feb 2017. At the date, I got the automated confirmation text that the engineers will come between 09:00-18:00. Well... Nobody ever turned up, and haven't heard anything from Virgin Media since.
All the customers service has been useless. All we heard is words of promises, which never came true. Instead we got re-scheduled for 3 times and still no WI-FI or information from Virgin.
And we don't live in the middle of nowhere, this is pretty much CENTRAL LONDON, SW8 area.
Very disappointed with Virgin Media and DO NOT recommend them to anybody else.
