Pathetic service.....
Customer service is Indian base and just a waste of time. For a simple inquiry, I have given the same information to multiple agents several times, and they are saying the same thing: that your issue will be resolved in 2 or 3 working days. When we made a follow-up, another agent picked up the call and asked for the same information that I had given previously. It's been more than 2 months, and I am still stuck where I was previously. Totally a waste of time. I suggest everyone avoid Virgin Media. I am also going to terminate my services with Virgin Media.
