Absolutely shocking client care. Having spent the most part of 3 hours talking to various people to find out why Virgin Business media had entered my property without consent then drilled through a wall entirely on my property to connect up a neighbour supply without my consent (and as a result have cause further damage to my wall). I was assured that a representative would ring me. Now 3 days later and various attempts (each one takes in 22 mins and in one case I was cut off) to contact them I have not heard from them.
