For a 'communications' service, the very service you provide is unprofessional and represents you badly as a company. This the 3rd different phone number I have used to contact you on. Just have one and make sure it's a free number. Also, when I say, I would like to cancel, just honour what I am requesting and stop passing me on to others to speak to, to offer other deals. I have been with you many years as a loyal customer and you charge more than a new customer would pay. You've had me long enough as a customer to offer lots of deals. You seem as if you don't really care. I would describe your company as a greedy uncaring provider that needs to really listen to what customers are saying, especially as you are a Cmmunications company.
