- The customer service agent has a poor product knowledge
- 80% of customer service agents are rude and arrogant
- Guranteed waiting time on the customer service phone line is 18 minutes and upwards
- When I cancelled my order they could not produce a written conformation
- When I chose the option to leave their service on the customer service line, the phone was cut off immediately, I suspect it was a deliberate design to prevent customer from leaving i.e. if you lost patience then it will live you with no choice but to stay with them.
- Because of he poor customer service experience, I decided not to proceed with the order. I don't have confidence in them.
