I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years and you’ve lost me on renewal. Customer service is disgusting it may be cheaper to tender abroad but it’s a false economy. No knowledge or understand of customer needs. Poor complaints system. I could go on but you’ve got your knighthood your living in the sun and screw the very public that supported you. Me no Virgin Media phones flights or holidays. I’m only one person but I suggest if anyone else is unhappy boycott the brand.
