Takes forever to get through to customer services and even then they either can't help you or give you false promises. Wanted to change my direct debit payment date and I was told this couldn't be done at the time and to call back. Called back 2 weeks later and was told their is a system fault and the lady would call me back the following day at an agreed time. No call back whatsoever. Called for the third time and was told my account had a fault and he would escalate to IT so I would have to wait 10 working days! Told him not to bother and I will terminate my account. Ling waiting times, no results and appalling service. If you have any sense you would avoid Virgin Media!!!!! Don't get sucked into their "deals"
