What a waste of time this company is. If you ha e an issue will take you days and weeks to get thru to someone. Have an ongoing issue with speed and also intermittent connection, and they cannot sort this, been charged for plus sockets to help with the speed, they do not but still been charged.
Have asked to divert calls but now they cannot even tell me how to do this, was originally told *70 then number#, this does not work now been told its *21# and follow instructions, this does not work, but still paying for this.
