Awful , I was cold called, due to Virgin recently installing fibre in my area. I agreed to give a try .What a mistake , after a couple of days the internet went down. That's when the real fun started. I spent hours trying to speak to someone without success. In the end I thought it best to cancel the contract and go elsewhere because that's the only way I would be able to get internet again, due to no response from virgin. Even this became extremely difficult because they wouldn't put me through to the cancellations department. I several days and numerous phonecalls I eventually managed to cancel the account due to the 30 day cooling off period. However, that still wasn't the end of it ,since then I've had several bills, every time I contact them them they say it's a mistake, albeit, having spent some time on hold again running up my phone bill. This has happened several times and theirs no gaurentee it won't happen again. Massive amount of stress. High phone bill due their incompitance. In future I will avoid this company at all cost.
