NOBODY CARES!!! NO ONE CARES OF THE CUSTOMER REVIEWS OR Issues but I still write this... And I will every where is a subject about Internet!
If there was a possibility to chose no star at all I would! I've been years with this provider but in the last 2 years it's the worst PAIED service I have ever received IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! The service will be good for a couple of months after closing a contract after that it will keep dropping with no access to Internet at ALL. I had called so many times I get tierd of... THE TECH TEAM will say, we see you have Internet, when actually I don't... Its unbelievable!!! After restarting the signal its coming back... But I lose hours always calling and I am a working person not able to lose time like this. My time cost money, and when I said I will cancel the contract on the base of not providing the service I am paying I was told I have to pay all the contract till end???? For what???? For something YOU DON'T PROVIDE! PEOPLE SHOULD TAKE YOU TO Court for asking to pay a service you do not provide! The contract is bilateral not unilateral... VIRGIN MEDIA YOU HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO RESPECT THE TERMS OF CONTRACT AND PROVIDE THE SERVICE YOU ARE PAIED FOR!!!?
