Woeful service. My internet and TV have gone down overnight. Speaking with customer services they told me nothing I didn’t know already - the router wasn’t connected to the internet.
This is Tuesday morning and I am meant to be working from home. The earliest they can send an engineer when I don’t have meetings and can be in is Friday afternoon. Obviously I can’t work during the four hour window I have to wait as I don’t have internet!
Also, they were unable to tell me how much compensation for loss of service I would receive.
I’ve been with Virgin for too long hoping it would improve but this, combined with terrible mobile device connectivity (my 4G is better than WiFi in my house), ongoing issues with the TV and appalling customer service have done it. I will soon be cancelling my service and looking for a better one. Steer clear of Virgin and don’t be suckered by their slick marketing.
