had intermited problems with my phone.they do not listen and tell you its your phone 3 phones later and threats they would charge for engineer same problem.finaly got engineer free which was nightmare to get.and there was a problem in their main box.now problem losing signal on tv intermittently.keep telling me its my tv now which is 2 years old theres nothing wrong with it I'm getting error message saying no signal.but they won't. listen because it is working when tbey are on tbe phone.my nerves are shredded with having to deal with them and i could get the queen out for a visit easier than a virgin engineer
